These terms govern access to the Bus Pingo platform by schools, providers, drivers, parents, and platform operators. Use of the service implies acceptance of the responsibilities outlined for the user's role.

Account use
Accounts are issued through the responsible school, district, or provider. Sharing credentials is prohibited.

Operational data
All trip data belongs to the school or contracting authority. Bus Pingo acts as a processor, not an owner of student records.

Acceptable use
The platform may not be used for purposes outside of student transportation operations agreed in the customer contract.

Service availability
Bus Pingo targets continuous availability during morning and afternoon trip windows. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance.
